Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order. Domestic (US) orders typically arrive within 5-14 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Multiple Packages ELEVATE YOUR RIDE sources products from multiple suppliers. If your order contains items from different suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at rjt93277@gmail.com and we will work with our supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
